Studio Policies

At Shine Skincare Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To keep things running smoothly, please review the studio policies below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens—I totally get it! I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so I can offer that time to another client and respect my schedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged for the full reserved service amount.

Arrival Time
Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment time. No need to knock—just come on in! If you're running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Retin-A, Waxing & Facial
For your safety, please discontinue Retin-A, Retinol, Tretinoin, Accutane, and other exfoliating products at least 5–7 days before facial waxing services. Active use of these products can make the skin more sensitive and may increase the risk of lifting and irritation during waxing.

Botox & Filler
Please wait at least 7 days after Botox and 2 weeks after filler before booking a facial. This helps protect your results and allows your skin time to properly heal.

Guests & Children
I love your little ones and your favorite people, but to keep the studio operating smoothly, I kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Refund
Service payments are non-refundable.
